The „Free Coworking“ Evolution requires a clear statement from everybody involved. If you want something for free, you have to unite and say so!!! The good news is: Now there is a simple tool to do so. If you want „Free Coworking“ globally or in your city, all you have to do is enter your name, skills/projects in our tool . The tool is completely open and free. By voting for „Free Coworking“ in this way you perform a multitude of things. First of all you unite with everybody already listed in the tool. Secondly you make a clear statement that you want coworking for free!!! Thirdly you „advertise“ your projects and skills!!! Fourthly you enable the coworking space operators to start „Free Coworking“ in their space. (Only if there are enough people in your community or city voting for „Free Coworking“ will Space Operators react and start. They and you, need the critical mass of people (Social Capital) to attract the (Financial Capital) to operate „Free Coworking“ in a sustainable mode.)

Only introduced yesterday the new „Free Coworking“ Skill Sharing Tool already attracted Coworkers from France, China, Kenya, Sweden, Switzerland and Germany. Consisting of an Input and Output form, Coworkers can indicate which Skills/Projects they like to offer to others in the group and which skills they like to attract or require to accomplish their work. The tool is completely open, free and does not require any registration. Just enter your data in the Input Form, and refer to the Output form to sort the information provided in the spreadsheet format. The tool is based on GoogleDocs. With the Help & Development Page provided, it is open for development and improvement by everyone interested. Most coworkers or cultural creatives believe they are alone (see film), so this Free Coworking Skill Sharing Tool is an excellent way to make yourself visible and to strengthen the community by becoming part of it. Every entry counts and makes the tool more valuable for everyone involved. Join and spread the word for „Free Coworking„!

The output and development of the „Free Coworking“ Skill Sharing Tool already proves to be something very beneficial and productive. Yesterday Willi Schroll and I collaborated to improve on the Facebook Document and the Piratepad initially launched. We currently have a GoogleDocs solution with an input page and an output page. We like to invite your feedback to the current solution and ideas & suggestions for further development.

Things that are practical, are easy to explain. To explain why „Free Coworking“ gathers „Social Capital“ is not quite as easy to explain. Therefore I like to suggest something practical and beneficial for everybody: „Skill Sharing“. You say which skills you currently have and which skills you currently require for your work.  I am setting up a simple list in our Facebook Group which should hopefully become an open database soon. The content of the list: 5 elements. Name, City, Contact, Skills offered, Skills required! A simple example – Name:  Felix Schürholz, City: Munich (Germany), Contact: redaktion@coworking-news.de or Facebook, Skills offered: Blogging, Creativity & Coaching, Skills required: Graphic Design, Programming
